For one day, Totalserve had some new team members. Smaller, louder, more curious, and definitely more excited about ice cream.
As part of Totalserve Kids Day, we welcomed the children of our employees to our offices for a fun and light visit. The children had the chance to see where their parents work, meet the team, walk around the office building and get a small taste of daily office life.
We started with a simple presentation on what Totalserve does, using a pizza shop as an example to explain how businesses need help with companies, documents, rules, numbers and organisation. No complicated words, no long speeches, just a simple idea: every business needs a good team behind it.
The children then visited their parents’ offices and saw what their day looks like from a much closer view. Each child received a personalised name tag and was assigned to a department, becoming part of the Totalserve team for the day.
Our graphic design team also added an extra creative touch. For fun, and with privacy in mind, we used AI to turn the children’s photo into an animated-style image, giving the day its own colourful team portrait.
Lunch, ice cream and plenty of happy interruptions across the office were also part of the programme.
Totalserve Kids Day was fun, warm and full of energy. A lovely reminder that behind every desk, meeting, file, email and phone call, there is a team of people working together.
