Melina Dionysiou, lawyer and Head of Corporate at Totalserve, has been appointed Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus University of Technology (TEPAK).
Her appointment was approved by the University Senate following the decision of the Council of Ministers on 23 July 2025. She succeeds Andreas Karakatsanis, who now serves as President of the Board.
Melina brings a strong legal background and deep experience in corporate and fiduciary services, and we are proud to see her expertise recognised through this important institutional role.
We extend our congratulations and full support as she takes on this new responsibility in service of the academic and innovation ecosystem of Cyprus.
