Melina Dionysiou, lawyer and Head of Corporate at Totalserve Group, has been appointed Member of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency (CIPA), also known as Invest Cyprus.
Her appointment was confirmed by the Minister of Finance, with the mandate commencing on 14 March 2026 and running until the Annual General Meeting of the organisation in four years.
Melina brings extensive experience in corporate structuring, fiduciary services and international business matters, and her expertise will contribute to the work of CIPA in promoting Cyprus as an international investment destination.
