About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Corporate Lawyer to lead a team of our Corporate Department in Limassol. The role involves managing a portfolio of international clients and overseeing corporate and legal matters related to Cyprus, BVI and other foreign jurisdiction entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Corporate team
- Handle corporate matters including company incorporation, restructuring, reorganizations, and ongoing maintenance of local and foreign entities
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and legal documents (e.g. resolutions, agreements, PoAs, share transfers)
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal procedures
- Liaise directly with clients, regulators, and business partners on corporate matters
- Provide guidance and mentorship to administrators
- Support management in client on boarding and due diligence processes
- Contribute to department and continuous process improvement
Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in corporate law
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law and related corporate governance practices
- Experience with BVI or other foreign jurisdictions
- Excellent drafting and communications skills in English and Greek
- Commercial awareness and business-oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS office and corporate management software
