Job Description
- Manage a variety of corporate legal matters, including overseeing the administrative aspects of both Cyprus and international companies and trusts.
- Review, draft, and negotiate legal and corporate documentation.
- Handle company incorporations, establishment of trusts, corporate governance, and corporate reorganizations and restructurings.
- Provide expert legal advice with a strong commercial and business-focused approach.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Cyprus Qualified Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Cyprus Company Law and Cyprus Trust Laws, with an understanding of corporate structures.
- Proven experience in corporate legal matters, both within local and international legal frameworks.
- Fluency in English and Greek (both written and oral) is essential.
- Strong skills in drafting, organization, and administration.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a motivated, high-performing team.
- A proactive, business-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in computer and legal office software.
