About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Corporate Lawyer to join our Corporate Department in Limassol. The successful candidate will handle a range of corporate matters for Cyprus and international client companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review and draft corporate documents such as resolutions, agreements, PoAs, and share transfers
- Handle company incorporations, reorganizations and annual maintenance of Cyprus and foreign entities
- Advise and assist clients on corporate governance and compliance matters
- Liaise with the Registrar of Companies, regulatory authorities, and external partners
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance of Cyprus Companies Law and related matters
- Collaborate closely with Compliance, Banking, and Administration teams to ensure smooth client servicing
- Support senior lawyers in complex transactions and restructuring projects
Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer with minimum 2 years of experience in corporate law
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law and related corporate governance practices
- Excellent drafting and communications skills in English and Greek
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Experience with BVI or other foreign jurisdictions will be consider as an advantage
- Proficient in MS office and corporate management software
