Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Corporate administration of BVI, other offshore and Cyprus companies.
  • Supervise and manage tasks within the corporate department.
  • Handle company formations.
  • Prepare and submit applications to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
  • Maintain corporate registers and assist with company restructuring and liquidations.
  • Collect and review client’s KYC documentation.
  • Communicate directly with clients and associates, attending necessary meetings.
  • Draft corporate documents for client companies.
  • Maintain databases and filing records.
  • Liaise with foreign agents for the administration of BVI and other offshore companies.

Candidate Profile

  • 7+ years of experience in a law firm, corporate service company or fiduciary firm.
  • Proven track record with Cyprus, BVI and other offshore company formations (e.g. Seychelles, Belize, Marshall Islands).
  • Familiarity with BVI and other offshore jurisdictions’ regulations.
  • Experience dealing with Registrar of Companies and regulatory filings of offshore jurisdictions.
  • Fluency in English and Greek.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills, with professional discipline and ethics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance procedures.
  • Proficiency in corporate software (e.g. EBOS, Quorum, NavOne, Viewpoint, or Similar).
