IT Graduate / Junior IT Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated IT Graduate to join our team. This position offers hands-on experience in IT operations, software development, and technical support, alongside a mentorship and structured training plan. We welcome applications from early-career professionals. Recent graduates or professionals with minimal work experience are encouraged to apply.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and supporting IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Support the implementation of new IT projects and systems
• Assist in documentation of IT procedures and policies
• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Prior work experience must not exceed eight (8) months after obtaining the degree
• Internships required for professional registration or licensing do not count as prior experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of networking, databases, and operating systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
