Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Limassol. The Group HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, managing recruitment processes, implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Description and General Responsibilities
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff and maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Counseling/advising of members of staff.
- Taking initiatives on training and development
- Resolving potential conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Developing and working on a general employee performance review system
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Manage organizational and company culture
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Maintaining an impartial and unbiased relationship with staff.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
HR Manager Requirements
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Knowledge of relevant health & safety and of employment-related laws.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
