Terms and Conditions govern relations between Totalserve Management Ltd and our Clients and will be deemed to have been agreed by the Client by its acceptance of any of the Services rendered.

These Terms and Conditions shall apply in respect of all Services actually provided by the Service Provider to the Client or Managed Entity of the Client whether or not there shall be in existence any written or other express acceptance thereof by the Client.
