July 2011 - Totalserve Headquarters in Limassol are now fully operational and in a position to serve their clients without interruptions.

Despite rolling black outs still affecting the island, Totalserve has managed in record time to implement a series of elaborate contingency plans to become fully autonomous and secure continuous and reliable service.

The power shortages resulted from a massive and catastrophic explosion in very close proximity to Cyprus’ main Power Station on Monday, 11 July, which disrupted operations throughout the island.

The deadly blast claimed the lives of 13 and injured 61. Telecommunications, financial, banking and other services on the island are still experiencing serious and lengthy disruptions.
